Lan of Fashion to present LIBO ZHOU during New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2019
(New York,NY January 31, 2019) – Lan of Fashion, LLC, production company specializing in the development of artists within the fashion space, is proud to present LIBO ZHOU, a New York based luxury brand with a contemporary attitude in craftsmanship, at the Lan of Fashion Runway Showcase™, part of New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter ’19.
Founded in 2018 by Libo Zhou, the brand’s fundamental mission is to create expressive designs that can resonate with audiences. With the use of innovative pattern cutting, LIBO ZHOU delivers a sense of playfulness through interactive elements explored in both prints and colors.
The most recent LIBO ZHOU collection, “On the Way Home,” has been featured in Women’s Health magazine and Cosmopolitan magazine covers.
In this collection, designer Libo played with the idea of showing and hiding to integrate hidden details and reversible elements through innovative silhouettes, dimensional prints with heat and light sensitive pigments. This new way of turning one garment into multiple garments supports the future of sustainable fashion.
The Lan of Fashion Runway Showcase™ New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter ’19 will be held Saturday, February 9th at 6 p.m. at Project Farmhouse, 76 East 13th St. in New York.
